English Assesment possibe criteria

Remember:
- Write down a short phrase to describe the meaning of the trope
- Give an example from the book; it would be good if it is in quote form
- Explain where the author used the trope and why he used it there
- Explain what the author wants to show us using the tropes
Character Sketches
- Using words to describe the appearance, the feelings, the attitude and the personality of a character
- Use quotes and examples to support your ideas
- Tip: Relate personality with events
Biography
- A writing that describes the events and feelings of a person’s life
- Never use past tense if the person is still alive, only use past tense for those who died
- Use past tense if you are talking about past things that doesn’t exist now- Tips, write down the birth date of the person, also the chain of events in order. Write about the person’s personality, hobbies, friends and anything you know
