We all learnt about changing numbers into different forms.

Decimals <-> Percentages <-> Fractions

We can change all decimals to percentages and vice versa (because it is just merely a shift of the decimal point)

We can also change all fractions to decimals (we divide the numerator by the denominator, and we can change any fractions to decimals)

Problem now:

Is it true that we can change any decimal to a fraction?

Or can you find any decimals, so ...
